John M. Vlasac, Jr. and Boris Shmaruk named to the 2014 New Jersey Law Journal Personal Injury Hall of Fame
Congratulations to Partners John M. Vlasac, Jr. and Boris Shmaruk on their induction into the 2014 New Jersey Law Journal’s Personal Injury Hall of Fame! Mr. Vlasac and Mr. Shmaruk were honored for achieving the second highest ($4,350,000) automobile negligence award, as well as several other ranking awards, in the State of New Jersey. The $4.35 million dollar award was secured for two clients who suffered permanent neck and back injuries when their vehicle was struck while on the New Jersey Turnpike in January of 2011. In addition to being the second highest automobile award in the entire state it was also the 13th highest of all personal injury awards in 2013. Such accolades fall on the heels of John M. Vlasac, Jr. obtaining the 11th highest Personal Injury award in the state in 2010 that being $6.95M. Mr. Vlasac and Mr. Shmaruk are dedicated to securing the future of our injured clients and again we congratulate them both!
